Our origin

In Q4 2025, Global Pension Corporation (GPC), formerly STM Group, was acquired through a management buyout led by the Group’s management team. GPC and its group companies remain focused on building on their strong track record and supporting the long-term financial wellbeing of customers and advisers.

Currently, the transaction remains subject to customary regulatory approvals.

Established in 1989, STM Group PLC operated as a multi-jurisdictional, highly regulated financial services group specialising in the administration of client assets for retirement, estate and succession planning, and wealth structuring.

As we strengthen our core capabilities and expand our offering, we remain committed to product innovation and the delivery of high-quality service to advisers and their customers.

GPC’s latest Solvency and Financial Condition Report (SFCR), including information for each subsidiary, is now available. The report confirms that capital is held in excess of liabilities, supporting the financial resilience and solvency of the Group and its subsidiaries.
